About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.

Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better. We connect chronic disease patients with a Registered Dietitian via telehealth and get it covered by their health insurance.

We launched two years ago and already have hundreds of dietitians and tens of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

  • Support RD training through new provider outreach and question responses, ensuring all new RDs have a world-class first experience with Nourish.
  • Help monitor RD credentialing, ensuring that RDs are on track to complete credentialing with insurance payers as quickly as possible through direct provider reminders and support on key credentialing tasks.
  • Identify existing weaknesses in Nourish’s provider onboarding and training experience, and work with Clinical Operations to improve relevant collateral.
  • Provide additional assistance to RDs in their first weeks at Nourish when they are still learning new systems, answering technical and process questions in order to give new RDs the best possible start at Nourish.
  • Assist in new clinical policy and clinical product feature rollout by getting familiar with new approaches, answering RD questions, and ensuring all relevant collateral is updated.

You’ll love this role if:

  • You put patients first. You know that providing Nourish’s Registered Dietitians with the support they need to provide exceptional clinical care is an integral part of Nourish’s success.
  • You are willing to both learn and teach. You know that understanding the ins-and-outs of our onboarding and overall provider experience are a critical part of your role, and willing to teach new RDs everything you know.
  • You thrive when you’re focused on helping others prosper. We are committed to elevating the science of practicing dietetics, and you are the first-line of support when it comes to our new RDs.
  • You have a positive attitude and think work should feel like play. We are a close-knit team and care about having a lot of fun at work — we want you to feel the same.
  • You move fast and want to work hard. We are trying to be great, so we work harder and smarter. You like to work hard. You know how to prioritize.

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You are a people person. You enjoy communicating with others and are willing to support others, no matter their questions.
  • You are detail-oriented. You’re willing to run down every last edge case to ensure the success of your project.
  • You are patient. You are willing to work with people of different learning styles to ensure they’re correctly trained.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer or client support.
  • You are technologically capable. You have a proven history of understanding technological systems and account management.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by ambiguity or change. You enjoy new challenges and jump in headfirst when facing an issue.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
